South Boulder

South Boulder aka: SoBo, has a quiet, relaxed, almost suburban feel to it, which is perfect for families and those looking for a place to live that is less hectic than areas closer to the downtown core. Fortunately, SoBo real estate is still within easy access of Downtown Boulder’s Pearl Street and the Denver-Boulder Turnpike. A network of bike paths is easily accessible from all areas of SoBo.
There are 3 major neighborhoods of the area that create South Boulder.

Martin Acers:

As one of Boulder’s most established neighborhoods, Martin Acres real estate attracts a wide range of home seekers and investors. Its close proximity to the University of Colorado means that students add to the mix of families and professionals to create a vibrant, friendly community.
